I played WR at the University of Toledo.

After graduating from UT, I went on to play 8 years of professional football in the Canadian Football League.

During that time, I had the opportunity to train alongside some of the world’s most elite athletes at Tony Villani’s XPE facility in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. That’s where my passion for training really started to grow. I took the knowledge I was gaining and used it to train athletes from a variety of sports during my offseasons.

The Person

I’m a Columbus native and a proud graduate of DeSales High School. I recently married the most amazing woman in the world who is way out of my league. Thankfully she didn't see my cousin Cam first because he looks way better than me.

Tony has been, and continues to be, an incredible mentor to me. After retiring in 2023, I founded Starting with Stafford, LLC. I now own two Shredmills—state-of-the-art speed training systems designed by Tony Villani. With this equipment, my personal experience, strong network, and proven curriculum, Starting with Stafford delivers elite training for athletes at every level.
